İbrahim Demirtaş, who completed his undergraduate education in Chemistry at Atatürk University in 1990 and his master's degree in Organic Chemistry in 1992, completed his doctorate at Newcastle University in England. He has many academic and administrative duties, apart from the Dean of the Faculty of Arts and Sciences and the Director of the Research Laboratory Application and Research Center.
